Why Utilize Pathways
Under the Pathways Portal Countywide Workforce Action Plan, Pathways was created to serve as a comprehensive hub of resources for educators, students, business and community to provide connections to develop our future workforce.

To engage employers, educators, and community partners in collaborative activities that will attract, strengthen and retain a diverse and skilled workforce. Empowering a vibrant community and a growing innovative economy.
Our Vision
The Pathways Portal was created to serve as a comprehensive hub of resources for educators, students, businesses and community to provide equitable access to opportunities to develop our future workforce. As a recovery tool, this portal aims to support all who were impacted through COVID-19 and connect them with resources.
Our Region is growing and so are the partnerships to support its needs.
